Aylmer Minor Hockey would like to communicate the following plan and cost schedule in accordance with the OHF and OMHA Return to Play Framework and following the protocols of Southwestern Public Health, the Town of Aylmer and the EECC.

·        Teams will consist of a maximum of 9 skaters, 1 goalie, a coach and a trainer.

·        Teams will be scheduled for two – 1 hour sessions per week.

·        Start with practices and eventually move to 3on3 or 4on4 games as OHF allows.

·        All games will be played in house, there is no current plan to form any rep or local league travel teams.

·        AMHA anticipates an October start for all divisions.  Start date will be based on ice availability.

·        The initial registration fee will cover October to December and will be broken into 2 payments. 

·        The first payment will be due at registration. The second payment is due no later than October 31st.

·        Each payment is non-refundable under all circumstances including the event that hockey is shut down due to COVID.

·        The payment plan for January to March 2021 will be announced in December.

·        There are no late fees this season but space in each division is limited.  Acceptance of registration is based on available  space.

The registration information below, is subject to change dependent on updates issued by OHF, OMHA and Southwestern Public Health.  AMHA is committed to keeping rates as low as possible and inline with previous seasons despite our limited ability to fundraise and take admission fees.

Registration Instructions

·        AMHA requests that all registration withdrawals and/or deposit refund requests be sent to Leon Thoonen at  [email protected] no later than 5-Sep-2020 so that AMHA can plan for the upcoming season.

·        If you have already paid your $100 deposit and wish to remain registered you do not have to do anything.

·        If you paid the full registration fee and wish to remain registered you do not have to do anything.  We will refund any  remaining amount in the event we are shutdown or at the end of these season.

·        If you have registered but not paid please  complete payment in accordance with the options listed on our website  ( under the registration link.

·        If you have not registered and wish to do so please visit our website and follow the instructions under the registration link.

**First time registrants**: Before a player will be allowed on ice, the following must be completed: 
(i) email registrar a copy of players’ birth certificate, 
(ii) one parent must complete the Respect In Sport training 
(iii) one parent and the player must complete the Rowan’s Law Concussion Course.

1. Please ensure you complete the ‘check-out’ step at the end of the on-line process or AMHA will not receive your completed registration.

2. First time registrants in U11, U13, U15 or U18 will not be able to register on-line and should contact [email protected] for a manual registration form.

3. Players transferring to AMHA from another Hockey Canada centre may not be able to register on-line and can contact [email protected] for a manual registration form.



1. AMHA collects your personal information so that we may fulfill our responsibilities of providing hockey programs in a cost efficient manner. Your personal information will be used by AMHA for its programs. AMHA will not sell your personal information.
2. There is a $35.00 fee for any NSF Cheques.
3. Registrants and their families will abide by the AMHA, OMHA and Hockey Canada Constitution, By-Laws, Policies and Code of Conduct.


1. Refunds will only be given with written/email requests to AMHA Registrar.

2. Please allow 30 days for processing of refunds.

3. Refunds will only be provided prior to each session.
4. Refunds will not be offered once a player has skated under any circumstances including suspension of hockey due to COVID.
