We have a block of rooms at the Hampton in Barrie ready to reserve. All the needed info is below and in an attachment at bottom of email. The attachment is the rules of the hotel that we must abide by and have signed off on, everyone is responsible for their own room.

Due to the configuration of the hotel and in order to try and keep the entire team together, we can block the following rooms for your team:
9 Traditional room with 2 queen beds
2 Queen Studio Suites
2 King Studio Suites
The traditional rooms have 2 queen beds or one king and come with amenities such as a desk area, wired and wireless internet, iron & ironing board, coffee maker, flat screen TV with on demand movies. The suites are equipped with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed with a pull out couch and come with amenities such as a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and counter space with a sink. It also has iron ironing & board, flat screen TV with on demand movies, desk area with wired and wireless internet.
We offer a complimentary full hot breakfast buffet, high-speed wi-fi, parking, and coffee/tea available in the lobby 24 hours.
As well we have an indoor salt water pool, whirlpool and a 24 hour suite shop & business centre.
I able to offer you a group rate of $119.00 for our 2 Queen Traditional rooms and $129.00 for our Studio Suite rooms for March 20 & 21, 2015.
When booking their rooms the individuals will need to quote the group code AFH this code will populate the rooms and the special group rate you received.
