- Payment can only be made by cheque. Please note your team name and division with your cheque submission.

All cheques will be cashed on receipt. NSF cheques will be subject to $50.00 administrative fee.
Confirmation of Acceptance:
Teams will only be confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged. Approved rosters and travel permits must be submitted as soon as possible after acceptance.
Refund Policy
All refund requests should be made to the tournament director.
No refunds will be considered after Feb 15, 2018
