Winning Weekend for Novice LL1 Flames
The Aylmer LL1 Novice Flames continued their winning ways and won both weekend games, this one against the St.Marys Rock. Aylmer led from the very first shift and never looked back. The game featured not only lots of scoring by Aylmer but strong defensive play and a shutout by goaltender Graydon Foster. Scoring for Aylmer was Colin Holmes (3), Cole Shoup (2), Rhyan Hewbank (2), Gavin Russell (2) and Matthew Fleurie. Assists went to Cole Shoup (3), Noah Sleegers (3), Gavin Russell (3), Rhyan Hewbank (2), Mackenzie Steele, Gavin Hibbert, Carter Deutsch, Matthew Fleurie and Colin Holmes. It is very encouraging to see the players working as a team. The team is getting stronger every game. Great job Aylmer!!
