Reminder: Novice Rep tryouts available for 2010, 2011 birth years
The AMHA would like to remind all players in 2010, 2011 birth years, that they are permitted to tryout for the novice rep team this fall. Applicable rep tryout fees apply. Those selected to play rep will have a standard rep fee as per AMHA policy.

It is also possible that some 2011 players may be invited to play novice local league for the upcoming season. Though it is not mandatory that that these 2011 players try out for the novice rep team, it may allow such players to be evaluated to determine their readiness for novice local league play.

Should you have any questions, please contact a board member for more information.

Tim Hortons
The Timbits Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program for children four to eight years old who participate in local house league sports teams. The program's philosophy is not based on winning or losing - but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just taking time out to be a kid. Tim Hortons currently sponsors over 200,000 children who play on hockey, soccer, lacrosse, t-ball, baseball and ringette teams across Canada and in the United States. Each sponsored team is supplied with Timbits Minor Sports jerseys or T-shirts. Timbits hockey teams are often given the opportunity to play on-ice scrimmages during intermissions at Junior, American Hockey League (AHL) and National Hockey League (NHL) games.
