Actually, we pick our coaches because they have been involved in the past, have demonstrated a passion for helping others, or in some cases mentioned on their applications they could coach if needed, and because we appreciate how much they care. If you have been assigned to coach, but are unable, please contact Matt or Trevor prior to the first session.
