The much anticipated Rowan's Law education is now available on the website under the tab "Hockey Education."

Rowan's Law education is mandatory for all participants, parents, coaches, trainers and managers. The education is intended to give all involved in sport, information about concussions. It outlines what a concussion is, how it can occur, and what symptoms you may expect. It also outlines the series of events that should take place, once a participant has been diagnosed with a concussion.

You can find the appropriate education on the home page under the "Hockey Education" tab. Once there, you can click on the appropriate age category for your child and review the information with your child. Parents can also review the version for persons over the age 15.

Once you've reviewed the the appropriate material, please print off the "acknowledgment form." You will need to co-sign your child's form if they are under the age of 18. Adults are required to sign a separate form once they have reviewed the education.

Once you have signed your form, you can submit the form in one of two ways.
1. Drop it off at M & M meats (Aylmer Location)
2. Take a picture of the form, and email to [email protected]

Please be advised, that your child cannot play in a game until this task is complete. Hockey Canada's rules. So please complete the training as soon as you can, as the hockey season is approaching quickly.
