The AMHA is not charged to keep these on file, so after they are received it will be recorded as proof of vaccination, and eliminated.
These absolutely have to be in by October 31, 2021. Any eligible coach, volunteer or player who has not forwarded their proof by that date, will not be eligible to participate in AMHA activities until proof is provided.
Recall, that this is an OMHA mandate, and not an AMHA mandate, however we will be complying with the regulation.
