Attention all Aspiring Referees born in 2005-2008
The OMHA is hosting a Referee school in Komoka on September 24th and 25th, 2022.

This school will consist of both on ice and off ice training for new refs born in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Lunch & snacks, a jersey, whistle, and certification for the upcoming year will be included.

The South Western Ontario Referees Association has done some fundraising and they believe they will be offering this course for around $180.

This is an outstanding deal as the certification alone normally costs $150, jersey($60) and a whistle($20). In past years the cost of these OMHA schools is typically around $330.

Aylmer has three spots guaranteed at this clinic and we will forward the names on a first come first served basis, with preferential treatment given to those registered to play with the AMHA next season.

If you are interested in signing up for this clinic please contact Shawn Pede at [email protected]

Deadline to apply to guarantee a spot for our organization is June 30th, so don't hesitate
Sponsors
Tim Hortons
The Timbits Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program for children four to eight years old who participate in local house league sports teams. The program's philosophy is not based on winning or losing - but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just taking time out to be a kid. Tim Hortons currently sponsors over 200,000 children who play on hockey, soccer, lacrosse, t-ball, baseball and ringette teams across Canada and in the United States. Each sponsored team is supplied with Timbits Minor Sports jerseys or T-shirts. Timbits hockey teams are often given the opportunity to play on-ice scrimmages during intermissions at Junior, American Hockey League (AHL) and National Hockey League (NHL) games.
