Permission to Skate Forms
Attention Players and Parents

Re: AAA Try Out Permission to Skate(PTS) Process.

This is a quick email to remind parents of the process required should your son/daughter be interested in trying out for a AAA team during the upcoming hockey season.

All players under the age of 18 must be registered with the AMHA and email our OMHA Representative, Brandie Geerts at [email protected]. prior to attending any AAA tryout.

You must include the following items in your email:

Players full name
Players DOB
Players Address
# of years player has been a resident at above address
Previous seasons team (be specific)
AAA team they are planning on trying out for (be specific)

Please note that 3 different signatures are required prior to your player attending these tryouts (Brandie Geerts, our AAA zone representative, parent).

You must give an adequate amount of time for these signatures to take place.
Otherwise, your son/daughter will be ineligible to try out.

The summertime is a perfect time to get these completed!

Sponsors
Tim Hortons
The Timbits Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program for children four to eight years old who participate in local house league sports teams. The program's philosophy is not based on winning or losing - but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just taking time out to be a kid. Tim Hortons currently sponsors over 200,000 children who play on hockey, soccer, lacrosse, t-ball, baseball and ringette teams across Canada and in the United States. Each sponsored team is supplied with Timbits Minor Sports jerseys or T-shirts. Timbits hockey teams are often given the opportunity to play on-ice scrimmages during intermissions at Junior, American Hockey League (AHL) and National Hockey League (NHL) games.
