Aylmer Minor Hockey Association (AMHA) Board of Directors would like to thank all of the members who participated in the Amalgamation vote today.
The vote was held today at the EECC from 10am – 2pm.
In total 96 votes were cast, with 79 votes (82.3%) in favour
of amalgamation with Belmont Minor Hockey (BMHA) and 17 votes against
Amalgamation.
Belmont members cast 75 votes with 66 (88%) in favour of amalgamation, 9 against.
Both the AMHA
and BMHA will continue for the remainder of the season to operate as East Elgin
Minor Hockey.
The EEMHA Bylaws and policies are posted on both the AMHA and
BMHA websites.
