U18 Red, 2024-25 (Aylmer Minor Hockey Association)

Hoping to fill the rink today for our last U18 Red home game at 2:30. A few players are close to closing out their hockey careers and we hope to send them off with a bang! Come on out!

The Aylmer Minor Hockey Association and the U18 LL Red Team invites everyone to come on out to the EECC Kinsmen Rink on Sunday February 23rd at 2:30 pm in solidarity and support of our first home game since the passing of Coach Chris 'Leny' Lenehan.

Lenehan, Christopher of Springfield passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025 in his 50th year. Beloved husband of Michelle(Demelo) Lenehan.  Loving father of Riley, Corey and Tegan. Dear son of Gerald and Deborah(Baird) Lenehan of London and brother of Michelle. Son-in-law of Dolores and Caesar Demelo. Brother-in-law of Anne(Doug), Dolores(John), Jennifer(Kevin) and Jorge. He will be missed by a number of nieces, nephews and great-nieces. 

The Aylmer Minor Hockey Association (AMHA) sadly announces the passing of Coach Chris ‘Leny’ Lenehan. Coach Chris was the head coach of our U18 Red Team this hockey season and has been an integral part of our organization for over a decade. Throughout his tenure, he inspired countless youth to embrace, grow, and find joy in the sport of hockey. His dedication and passion for the game have left a lasting impact on our community.

The AMHA U18 LL Red Team roster has been finalized with no changes made to the preliminary list released over the weekend. Those listed as being on the red team should show up for practices commencing Monday September 30th.  Thank you for your patience in this process as we welcomed a large number of participants from other organizations, an exceptionally large number of 07s and 09s, and we did not have a coach or staff for the other LL team until late last week.
