EECC has announced its Proof of Vaccination Policy
As we have all been informed, the Ontario Government announced last week that entry into certain buildings and establishments will require proof of a COVID 19 vaccination. The EECC has announced yesterday, that it has established a policy on Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination.

Commencing September 22, 2021, the EECC will have personnel at the entry to the complex, checking for Proof of full COVID 19 vaccination. You will be required to show your 2nd dose vaccine receipt and photo identification at the door. This applies to all those eligible individuals 12 years of age and older.

The full policy is found below.

The AMHA recognizes that not all our members will be in favour of this requirement. The AMHA will continue to work with the EECC to ensure all members are safe. Should this new requirement effect your child's ability to participate in programming, you may seek a refund at [email protected]

Starting around the same date, the AMHA will be changing its screening procedures. You will now be required to scan a QR code with your phone camera, and complete the screening questionnaire. Once submitted, you will see a red or green result which you will show to the complex representative.

Please note that there are consequences for poor behaviour, and you can review these consequences in the policy noted above.

Thank you in advance.

Sincerely

THE AMHA Board

Tim Hortons
The Timbits Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program for children four to eight years old who participate in local house league sports teams. The program's philosophy is not based on winning or losing - but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just taking time out to be a kid. Tim Hortons currently sponsors over 200,000 children who play on hockey, soccer, lacrosse, t-ball, baseball and ringette teams across Canada and in the United States. Each sponsored team is supplied with Timbits Minor Sports jerseys or T-shirts. Timbits hockey teams are often given the opportunity to play on-ice scrimmages during intermissions at Junior, American Hockey League (AHL) and National Hockey League (NHL) games.
